Do you have to have a regular service or can it be a one off? |

You can have either. We specialise in one off cleans including ' Pre & post party cleans', ' Spring Cleans' or tailor your own package. |

Can you provide references from current or past customers? |

Yes, no problem |

Can I specify a time and day for my cleaning visit? |

Yes, our team work from 9am to 5pm mon-fri, and some Sat mornings for specialist cleaning. |

How do I pay for my Cleaning? |
|
If your cleaning is a one off or specialist service, payment is payable 40% at time of booking and the rest upon completion of your service. |

Do you supply cleaning products? |
|
Yes we have a wide selectioin of specialist cleaning products, all are ecologically proven together with a professional series of cleaning tools and accessories. |

Are there a minimum number of hours I have to have? |
|
We require a minimum of 3 hrs per visit |

How do you manage quality control? |
|
Our team are trained to a high level of proficiency, and we encourage our customers to give quality feed back through our ' rate me' score card. This provides accurate information for our team on there last visit, and rewards good work. |
